Richard L. Zweigenhaft is the Dana Professor of Psychology at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he has been teaching since 1974. He is the co-author of Jews In The Protestant Establishment (1982), Blacks in The White Elite, (1991, updated in 2003), and Diversity in The Power Elite (1998, updated in 2006 to incorporate the main ideas in his earlier work).
