Internalized Oppression in the U.S. is Hard to Change, but Never Impossible

        Zuhey Coria Lopez was born and raised in Oakland, California. She is a very goofy, kind, and smart young person who wants to become a psychologist and help children solve their problems. At the moment, she's an undergraduate student at UCSC, and currently learning psych terminology. Besides her passion for the care of young children , she also plays basketball. She may not be a good player at the moment but she will continue to practice in order to play for UCSC. Besides Zuhey's school life, she also has a family who cares for her. As the oldest of three, she is setting a great example for her younger siblings. Her parents are very proud of their daughter and have faith that one day, Zuhey will make a difference in any career she chooses to follow.
