annual reports
on ucsc sexual harassment

UCSC is committed to educating the campus community about sexual harassment. Additionally, UCSC complies with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 (Clery Act) by making the Sexual Harassment Annual Report available to the public. The Clery Act is part of the Higher Education Act and it requires institutions of higher education that receive federal financial aid to report specified crime statistics on college campuses and to provide other safety and crime information to members of the campus community. For more information, including a list of officials designated as campus security authorities at UC Santa Cruz go to the UC Santa Cruz Crime awareness and Campus Security Report.
