Making Changes To Your Vanpool Program Enrollment

How To Change From One Vanpool To Another

If you have moved or your schedule has changed and you would like to continue riding a vanpool, please contact the vanpool coordinator. You will need to officially change vans through TAPS.

Leaves of Absence, Medical Leaves & Furloughs

If you need to take a Leave of Absence, a Medical Leave or Furlough and leave the vanpool program temporarily, you must notify the vanpool coordinator prior to leaving the program. Your seat can be reserved for you up to three months as long as you make arrangement for payment during those months. If payment is not received and you have not notified the vanpool coordinator or TAPS Sales Office, fees will accrue and be due upon your return.

If you need to take longer than three months, and do not want to pay the monthly fees, you will need to officially leave the program.

Leaving the Vanpool Program

In order to leave the vanpool program, you must contact the vanpool coordinator or the TAPS Sales Office. If you elected to receive a bus pass or daily parking permits, you must return them by the end of the month to avoid fees.
