Departments expecting guests - Two options are offered for department guests that need to pick up a permit (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.) being held at the kiosk.

1) Departments may purchase a supply of guest permits that are kept on reserve at the kiosk. When a guest is expected the department contacts TAPS by calling 831-459-3377 or sends an email indicating the name and date of the guest's visit.

2) A department representative can drop off a permit at the kiosk for guest pick-up from the kiosk. The permit should be placed in an envelope that contains the following information on the face of the envelope: the name of the department issuing the permit, with the name and phone number of the department contact, the guest's name(s) and the date of the guest's visit.
