Transit Service on July 3rd & 4th

Campus Transit Summer Day Core, Summer Day Perimeter and Summer Night Perimeter buses will not operate on Friday, July 3, due to the administrative holiday. Regular summer TAPS Campus Transit bus service will resume on Monday, July 6.

SCMTD Metro local bus service, including University routes, will operate on the non-school term weekend schedule from Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5.

Highway 17 Express bus service will operate weekday level service on Friday, July 3, and weekend level service on Saturday and Sunday.

Apply Now for 2009-10 Parking Permits & Staff/Faculty Bus Passes

On-line sales of 2009-2010 parking permits and annual Staff/Faculty Metro bus passes has begun. Please note
that the new rates will take effect August 1, 2009. The current 2008-09 rates will remain in effect through the month of July.

Students can learn more about permit types and rates for 2009-10 and access the on-line application here.

Graduate students with a teaching or research appointment during summer 2009 may purchase a Staff/Faculty bus pass by using the on-line application. The cost for a summer bus pass is $22.50 (valid 7/1/09 - 9/30/09). Your student ID card with Spring sticker is valid through 6/30/09.

Staff and faculty can get information about parking permit rates, Staff/Faculty Metro bus passes, and other transportation programs, and access the on-line application here.

The Online Application for Summer Session Student Parking Permits Is Available Now

Summer Session students can purchase permits for the remote parking lots and for a limited number of central campus parking lots. Get more information or and apply now.
