Each Family Student Housing unit is assigned one parking space to be used to park a car or motorcycle belonging to the resident or their visitor; visitors must display a valid FSH permit to park in the resident's space. Family Student Housing residents should contact the Family Student Housing Office to obtain their FSH parking permit; parking is included in the monthly rental fee.

Residents that have more than one vehicle may purchase a campus parking permit to park in nearby lots. Eligibility for an additional parking permit depends on student status:

• Undergraduates may purchase an "R" remote permit to park in the West Remote parking lot.
• Graduate students may purchase an "R" remote permit or a "B" permit.

FSH visitors may purchase a temporary parking permit from the TAPS Sales Office, or use the resident's space (with the FSH permit) when the resident is not using their assigned space. Visitors that park in another resident's space are subject to citation. Visitors may also select from the following options:

• Use one of the 17 2-hour meters located in the Family Student Housing complex. Meters are enforced from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Meters may be used by those with a valid "A" parking permit after 5:00 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends.

• Purchase a temporary "A" permit to park in any of the 10 "A" spaces located at FSH. Meters may also be used with by those with a valid "A" parking permit after 5:00 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends.

• Purchase a temporary "MC" permit to park in any of the 6 Motorcycle spaces located at FSH.

All Family Student Housing parking spaces are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please check the parking designation signs for all Family Student Housing spaces to avoid a citation.
