Regular Ride Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations for rides must be made between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. • Late Night Ride Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Friday 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. • Weekend Ride Hours: Saturdays and Sundays 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. • All rides during late ride hours must be scheduled by 4:30 p.m. the previous day. • Saturday and Sunday rides must be scheduled by 4:30 p.m. on the previous Friday. • Same-day reservations for late rides are not available - no exceptions will be made.
If you only need rides infrequently and know what time and day you need the reservation, schedule those rides 24 hours in advance; please be advised that “scheduled” rides have priority.
Using the van service for more than one week? Please provide this office with a written ride schedule or an on-line schedule with the following information:
1. Day(s) of the week 2. Pick-up location 3. Drop-off location 4. Time you'd like the ride - Add at least 30 minutes for travel time before your class.
RIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Call to change or cancel your ride reservation at least 30 minutes in advance. 2. If you miss a ride it is considered a “No Show”. No further rides will be provided until you contact DVS to request reinstatement. 3. Please be on time for your ride. A driver can only wait “Two Minutes” then move on to their next ride. If you miss your ride, call DVS immediately to reschedule.
