2008 Service Recognition Award Applications and Forms

Introduction


The Service Recognition Ceremony is an annual event held each spring that recognizes students, staff, and faculty that have completed exemplary community service during their time at UCSC. We award individual students, student organizations, Greek organizations, and a faculty or staff member based on an application and letters of recommendation and/or a community member nomination. Below you’ll find descriptions of the categories, pictures from past ceremonies, and information on how to nominate/apply for an award.

Who is eligible

All students, student organizations and greek organizations who have participated in service with and for the campus and local communities during the current academic school year are encouraged to apply for a service award.
