2012 Service Recognition Ceremony Platinum Slug Individual Service Award
Criteria for CandidacyThis award is designed to recognize students for their overall contribution through service to the campus and/or local communities during their time here at UCSC. Students who have completed 8-15 quarters of extended service may be recognized by this award. Criteria necessary to be considered for this award include:
While all students will receive recognition for their contributions, one outstanding student will be selected from each category for her/his exemplary service efforts. To Nominate an Individual Student Volunteer:Community organizations, staff, faculty, community members, or students may nominate any UCSC member(s) for their outstanding volunteer efforts. Please complete the Individual Nomination Form to nominate a recipient for the Platinum award. To Nominate Yourself:
