Personal Statement: I am thrilled to be a part of the Staff Advisory Board this year. I have worked for the University for 4 years.  I currently work in the Policy and Personnel Systems office, in Staff Human Resources. I’m active member on the CruzPay project team, and a trainer for both CruzPay and PPS Staff Actions..

 I serve on many committees within Staff HR and provide training and user support on staff policy. I’m hard working and energetic. Participating on the Staff Advisory Board is a great opportunity for me to use my skills and knowledge to represent the staff and bring our issues and concerns to the forefront.

 In my personal life, I’m a 2004 graduate from California State Monterey Bay receiving a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. I’ve lived in Santa Cruz County my entire life and am so grateful to have found a job in the area. I see what an incredible asset the University is in our community and want a chance to give back and make a difference. In these hard economic times, I feel a strong need to increase employee moral and help make the staff feel more appreciated and grateful to work at such a wonderful place.

I look forward to serving and making a difference.
