Wireless Information

CruzNet is the UCSC 802.11g wireless network on campus. If you have a laptop computer with a wireless network card, you'll be able to use CruzNet. 802.11b cards are compatible with CruzNet as well.

Due to interference and security issues ResNet recommends that students not bring their own wireless access devices.

If you are having problems getting wireless access working on your machine you can bring it to our office on the west side of campus and we can assist you with setting up your wireless connection.
