Cisco Clean Access Agent Installation

Summary:
Instructions on how to install the Cisco Clean Access Agent on a Windows computer

Description:
The Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all Windows ResNet computers in order to gain internet access.

  1. Click Yes to the Security Alert

  2. Click Run to begin the Clean Access Agent install.

  3. If prompted with a Security Warning, Click Run.

  4. At the Agent Setup Screen, click Next.

  5. Click Next to accept the default folder location.

  6. Click Install.

  7. Click Finish to complete the installation.

  8. After the Agent is installed, you're prompted for your User Name and Password. Use your UCSC Cruzmail Username and Password.


    For example:

    If your email address is johndoe@ucsc.edu then your ResNet username is johndoe.

  9. If your machine doesn't currently meet the security requirements, you're granted Temporary Access, which is restricted to limited sites allowing you to correct the issue.

  10. Otherwise, you'll see a Success screen and be granted full network access.
