Parking Violation Administrative Review

This is a request for a citation review only. Submittal of this web form does not mean your citation will be automatically dismissed, nor does it guarantee that your request will be received by the UCSC Police Department. If you do not receive a response by mail within one week, please call the UCSC Police Department at (831) 459-2231 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday to verify receipt of your request.

Administrative Review Requests must be submitted wihin 21 days of the date when the citation was issued. If more than 21 days have passed, DO NOT submit this form. You should contact the UCSC Police Department by phone or in person to ensure that your review is received in a timely manner.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You must submit a valid mailing address so the UCSC Police Department can notify you by mail of the disposition of your request.

The reviewer will not consider factors such as economic status or the lack of available parking.
