Athletic Conditioning Instructor: Lily Hallock (lilyh@ucsc.edu or 459.3051) June 23rd – July 23rd (Summer Session I - 10 class sessions) Cardio Playground Mix up your workout and make the hour fly by! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and will offer a variety of formats to keep you entertained as well as improve your overall fitness level. Cardiovascular conditioning and strength training will be the main areas of focus; however each class will include a variety of exercises that promote improved balance, coordination, and flexibility as well.
