Short on time? Need a great workout? Then this class is for you! Appropriate for all fitness levels, this class will use a variety of formats to keep you entertained as well as improve your overall health and wellness. Class will includes training with weights, tubing, & exercise balls, to give you the best in strengthening, stretching & balance/core exercises. Come & join the fun!

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga is a system of hatha yoga developed by BKS Iyengar of India. In this class Abbey will share an innovative approach to yoga which emphasizes correct alignment and develops strength, flexibility, stamina & balance. |
