Wellness Cards and Facility Access
Summer 2007 through Spring 2008
To use our facilities you can purchase either a Wellness Card or a Day Pass. The Day Pass is available at Facility Service Center in the East Field House. Wellness Cards are available only at the OPERS Administrative Office, located on the second floor of the East Field House.
Please bring proof of affiliation and your expired Wellness Card (if applicable) to purchase/renew your Wellness Card. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call us at 831.459.2531 for more information.
The cost of a Wellness Card is based upon your UC affiliation.
Please review the chart below for your Wellness Card fees.
