Intermediate Rowing

The Intermediate Rowing class is a co-ed, hands on six week course that meets two times a week. This class is taught using 2-person and 1-person rowing shells, with a majority of the classes being taught out of the harbor in the Monterey Bay. It is designed to cover more advanced rowing techniques and the skills needed for safe open-water rowing.
