Mari Ortiz-McGuire is responsible for the residential and housing programs at Oakes. She works closely with the Residential Life team, intervenes on community issues, and is available for appointments and drop-in visits from students and staff.

Gabrielle provides administrative and academic support to Provost Castillo and CAO Welte. She assists in the coordination of the Core Course and other courses offered by the college, and is responsible for special student project grants and funds.
