Would you like to run for a position in MSG? Submit this Letter of Intent for Candidacy by October 8th 2008. The Fall 2008 Election will run from October 15th through October 22nd. MSG Meetings take place Thursdays, during the academic year, from 7-9pm in the Baobab Lounge.

MSG Information

Merrill Student Government organizes college activities and supports campus student organizations with their events. MSG serves as the voice for Merrill students' concerns or interests to the Merrill Administration and other campus constituencies. It allocates funding that supports social, cultural, and educational activities that benefit Merrill College and its students. The Merrill Student Government is comprised of, but not limited to: (1) Chair, (1) Vice Chair, (1) Public Relations Coordinator, (1) Secretary, (1) Treasurer, (1) Core Council Representative, (1) Student Union Governance Board Representative, (1) Student Committee on Committees Representative, (1) Academic Senate Representative, and (3) Student Union Assembly Representatives. The College Programs Coordinator acts as the staff advisor to the organization.
