Make an Appointment

If you are not urgently ill or severely injured, making an appointment is the most efficient way to receive care. All appointments, except Psychiatric Services, are scheduled either through the main appointment line or in person at the 2nd floor Appointment Desk.

To schedule an appointment over the phone:
Call 459.2500. Please stay on the line and your call will be answered in the order received. If voice mail picks up and you are asked to leave a message, please do so and a staff person will get back to you as soon as possible.

To schedule an appointment in person:
Go to the 2nd floor Appointment Desk that is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-4:00 PM.

To cancel an appointment
There is a $25 charge for missed appointments if they are not cancelled 24 hours ahead of time. Call 459.5350 to cancel an appointment.

When making an appointment you will be asked the reason for your visit. This enables us to schedule adequate time for your needs. Please let appointment staff know If you have more than one concern.

There may be as much as a two week wait for an appointment, but there are frequent cancellations and same day appointments, so it may be worthwhile to call before coming in.
