Other Study Abroad Programs
Aid is available only for transferable credits as determined by the Office of Admissions on the Proposed Program Evaluation Form. You must have completed a Proposed Program Evaluation Form and received all necessary signatures before beginning the financial aid process. UC Santa Cruz does not have standing agreements with non-UC EAP programs. Therefore, to offer aid for these programs we must initiate a consortium or contractual agreement with the sponsor program. After Admissions has evaluated your proposed study plan, complete a Consortium/Contractual Agreement Request and bring it to the Financial Aid Office, along with a copy of your completed Proposed Program Evaluation Form. Note: We do not process education abroad program consortium/contractual agreement requests for participation in non-UC Summer study abroad programs.
