Late Charges on Your Student Account The Financial Aid Office is not responsible for billing or for charging late fees. The Office of Student Business Services is responsible for the charges and credits on your student account and for issuing refunds if there is a credit balance in your account. Other campus offices may also assess late fees if your bill is not paid by the due date. If you have questions regarding additional charges on your bill, please contact the appropriate office.
