Luncheon Meetings
The luncheons for the 2009-2010 academic year are as follow: • Thursday, September 17, 2009, George von der Muhll (Fuji Restaurant, 526 Water St.) • Thursday, November 19, 2009, Virginia Jansen (Cowell) • Thursday, January 21, 2010, Terrie Williams (Cowell) • Thursday, April 1, 2010, Chancellor's Luncheon (U. House, this is the 1st Thursday of the next month!) • Thursday, May 20, 2010, Michael Mateus (Cowell) We assemble at 11:30 a.m. for pre-meal socializing. A buffet lunch begins at noon, and the speaker is introduced at about 12:40 p.m. You are welcome to join us only to hear the speaker if you can’t make the lunch. The talks are informal, with friendly comments and questions during and harmonious discussion after. Adjournment is not later than 2 p.m.
Reservations are required for the luncheon. If you wish to join us and/or to be on our email reminder list, please contact Stanley Stevens, Secretary-Treasurer. There is a charge of $17.50 for each luncheon.
