The Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) The California Fair Employment and Housing Authority (FEHA)

The ADA and FEHA represent comprehensive and far reaching civil rights agencies for the largest minority group in our country: people with disabilities. Their ambitious goal is no less than the total integration of persons with disabilities into every domain of public life; employment, transportation, communication, recreational activities and other services.
