Room Reservations

We have a number of lounges and meeting rooms available for student, staff, and faculty use at Crown College. Please review the room use policy documents below.

The Cultural Center at Merrill serves as an Event Center for both Crown and Merrill Colleges. Reservations for the Cultural Center at Merrill can be arranged by emailing bushnell@ucsc.edu.

To reserve the Fireside Lounge or the Crown-Merrill Community Room please email bushnell@ucsc.edu.

To reserve the Crown Senior Commons please email drewski@ucsc.edu.

Room Amenities

The Fireside Lounge has the following amenities:

• Television, VCR and DVD
• Accommodates 30-35 people
• Seating on couches and chairs
• Several tables

The Crown-Merrill Community Room Lounge has the following amenities:

• Television, VCR and DVD
• Accommodates 40-45 people
• Seating on couches and chairs
• Several tables

The Cultural Center at Merrill has the following amentites:

• Accommodates up to 400 people
• 50 tables/over 300 chairs
• Full Audio/Visual equipment
• Complete theater lighting system
• Fee based reservation policy
