The Student's Responsibility

• Progress towards your degree, including conscientious self-assessment of interests, abilities, and talents.
• Take the initiative to study the catalog and other resources to learn basic academic rules, regulations, and standards of excellence.
• Use of advising services at least once a year to update your knowledge about College expectations, assessment of your progress, and exercising options on the best use of campus programs and services.
• The desire to know yourself, to develop your talents, and to tailor your education to those ends.
• Be willing to be accountable for your own actions and to take the consequences for them.
