The Computer Coordinator (Coord) email listserve plays an important legacy role that continues to be utilized throughout ITS and the campus. The Coord email listserve offers a way for staff to communicate across campus with each other about technology.

• Coord Mailing List: Describes the mailing list use policy, archives of past mailings, and how to subscribe and unsubscribe to the mailing list.
  

• Divisional Liaisons: The divisional liaison (DL) plays a critical role in assuring close IT alignment between an academic and administrative division, the activities of ITS, and the campus at large.

• Client Relationship Management: Client Relationship Management (CRM) is responsible for managing all aspects of IT's working relationships with its clients to render high quality service delivery and to maximize client satisfaction.
