The right location can mean a successful program and at UCSC our 2000-acre campus offers guests a spectacular setting with a variety of residential, meeting and casual facilities throughout campus. Planning a successful conference is second nature to our professional coordination staff as we have the know-how to take you from "thinking" about your program to "Wow, what a success!"
UCSC is the perfect choice for your next conference. We're available for overnight groups each June, July and August and affordable campus housing options include traditional residential halls and shared apartments. We'll guide you through every detail of your housing, meeting, dining and catering needs and can provide a variety of classroom and casual meeting spaces in addition to well-equipped sports facilities to serve the needs of both large and small groups.
Registration services are also available. We will set up a registration website for your conference and collect registration fees and other information you require from participants. All credit card transactions are deposited to an account set up for your conference, and registration information is provided to you weekly.
