Welcome to Student Corps!

Student Corps is a temporary student staffing service. Our pool of responsible and motivated student employees are ready to help your UCSC unit/department! Whether your UCSC unit is located on or off campus, we offer short or medium-term assistance for all project deadlines and staffing needs. UCSC Student Corps student employees are classified at the Student Assistant II level ($7.50/hr). The cost to your unit is only $11/hour. The hourly fee includes each student's hourly wage and worker's compensation. Some types of jobs include:

Please print the StudentCorpsJobRequest.pdf form, (If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print form, please click here) Complete the Student Corps Job Request Form with signatures, Fax to (831) 459-3860 & Mail Original to the Career Center, 305 Bay Tree *Attn: Cyndi Edinger We will post your job request onto the Student Corps Job Request web site that only Student Corps workers can view. Student Corps workers will contact you upon viewing your job request. They will bring you a time sheet to sign after they work for you. We will process their time sheets and recharge your unit based on hours actually worked.
