Visibility Tables
Promoting Your Visibility Table
• The Career Center will promote your scheduled Visibility
Table on our website and print posters which will be displayed around
campus.
• Your Visibility Table will also be featured on our Career
Center announcements page.
• Your event will be promoted on the Career Center “What’s
Happening “ bulletin board.
What is Provided
• 1 six-foot table and two chairs
• Access to a diverse group of UCSC students.
Cost
The total cost is $75 per day.
Visibility Tables can be scheduled for almost any weekday, excluding
school holidays. Tables are on display from 10:00 am – 2:00
pm. However, other accommodations can be made as needed.
Your Visibility Table
A few suggestions to help enhance your presence:
• Use tablecloths, banners, and table top displays.
• Colorful handouts or giveaways will draw additional interest
to your table.
• Balloons also draw attention and can be very effective in
assisting students in locating your table.

Location
Visibility Tables are located in the Bay Tree Quarry Plaza, directly
in front of the UCSC Bookstore.
