Become a Partner for Progress! Our Partner for Progress Program is comprised of organizations that make a significant financial contribution in support of the UC Santa Cruz Career Center. Employer contributions enable us to provide innovative programs and services to UCSC students while increasing visibility for our Partner for Progress members.

Employer donations have played an important role in building and sustaining services essential to our success. Developing strong relationships with employers and serving as the bridge between the community and the campus is an important part of the Career Center’s mission. Your annual donation will be recognized through a variety of public and campus-specific advertisements. There are two levels of participation, Gold and Silver, each of which offer you valuable benefits

Partner Benefits
We invite your business or corporation to participate at one of the following partnership levels:

Gold Level Partnership: $2,000

• Participation in one job fair of your choice including: two six foot tables, prime table location, and ability to display large company banner
• Name/logo visibility in the Career Center Guide
• Name/logo visibility in the UCSC Career Center’s quarterly newsletter
• Your company’s logo displayed at all major Career Center events
• Company logo and hyperlink on Career Center website
• Your jobs listed on our “HOT JOBS” link
• Acknowledgement and your company’s logo in Career Center publications
• 30 complimentary full-day parking passes for your company’s on campus activities
• One pair of tickets to Shakespeare Santa Cruz

Silver Level Partnership: $1,500

• Your company’s logo displayed at all major Career Center events

• Company logo and hyperlink on Career Center website

• Advance notice of Career Center recruiting events including job fairs
• Acknowledgement and your company’s logo in Career Center publications
• 15 complimentary full-day parking passes for your company’s on campus activities

• Your company’s logo displayed at all major Career Center events

Employers are invited to join the Partners for Progress Program on an annual basis during our spring campaign. Memberships are welcome after the recruitment campaign; however, benefits expire on an annual basis on June 30. To ensure quality and service and maximize branding on campus, the number of companies accepted into the Partners Program is limited.

Additional Services To Enhance Your Recruitment Needs

Become a Major Job Fair Sponsor

Increase your organizations recruitment visibility to UC Santa Cruz students by becoming a Major Job Fair Sponsor. Selection will be on a first come first serve basis. As the Major Sponsor your company will be exclusively highlighted in the following ways:

• Complimentary participation in one job fair of your choice that includes: prime table location, and ability to display large company banner
• Company logo displayed in Career Center lobby two weeks prior to the event
• Full-page profile and list of job openings displayed on the job fair program distributed to all students attending the fair
• Company profile and logo featured on the Career Center home, Student/Alumni, and Up Coming Events web pages
• Major Sponsor acknowledgement on all job fair fliers
• Sponsor's will receive one additional 6' table for the event
• Company's not participating in the Partners for Progress program will receive three 6' tables at the fair. Limit of one Major Sponsor for each job fair event.

• Business, Science, and Technology Job & Internship Fair - $2,000
• Non Profit, Social Services and Governmental Job Fair - $800.
• Last Chance Job & Internship Fair - $2,000

Employer of the Week:

Increase your organizations visibility to UC Santa Cruz students by participating in the Career Center’s “Employer of the Week Program.” The Employer of the Week Program allows employers to target recruiting information to UCSC students within the academic year. As a participant in the program your company will be exclusively highlighted for one week.
Special features of the program include:

• Company profile and logo featured on the Career Center home page
• Company featured with a full page ad on the Career Center computer monitors
• Company profile available to student for one year on the Career Center website
• One direct email to student population advertising company opportunities
• Coordinated information session during your featured week
• Employer of the Week table in the Bay Tree Quarry Plaza
  

The Career Center will coordinate your entire Employer of the Week and create your Employer Profile for you, using the text and the logo you provide. The cost is $300 and limited to 4 employers per quarter.
