Thank you for your interest in attending our upcoming Graduate School Fair. Registration has closed as we have reached our maximum capacity. If you would like to attend next year, please email: fairs@ucsc.edu.
The Graduate & Professional School Information Fair is an excellent opportunity for your institution to meet with the hundreds of students interested in attending graduate or professional school.
The registration fee is $300 and includes:
- Morning coffee/tea, boxed lunch, and beverages for two representatives
- Table space and two chairs
- Table sign and name badges
- Complimentary parking for one car. There will not be space to park more than one car per school.
Parking Instructions
We appreciate your cooperation in limiting your transportation to one vehicle. Parking will be in a designated “Fair Parking Area”. All participants are shuttled to the fair site. The Career Center will not be responsible for parking tickets issued to representatives parking outside the designated “Fair Parking” area.
Because of limited space at the fair facility, we will not be able to accommodate more than two (2) representatives from each institution. A charge of $50 will be applied to any additional representatives.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE was October 5, 2011
- Late registration fee is $325 and will be accepted, space permitting.
- Registration fees must be paid prior to the date of the fair.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the fair will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the fair will be subject to all charges due and payable. No exceptions.
