How To Find Your Way To UC Santa Cruz
From The San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area
- Take Highway 280 or Highway 101 to Highway 880/17.
- Take Highway 880/17 South to Santa Cruz.
- Highway 17 becomes Highway 1 in Santa Cruz. Continue on Highway 1 North toward Half Moon Bay.
- Highway 1 turns into a surface street called Mission Street.
- Turn right on Bay Street. Continue on Bay to the Main Campus
Entrance (third stop light).
From The Monterey Peninsula and Points South
- Take Highway 101 North.
- After passing Salinas, take the "Monterey/Highway 1" turn-off.
- Take Highway 1 North to Santa Cruz.
- Continue on Highway 1 North toward Half Moon Bay.
- Highway 1 turns into a surface street called Mission Street.
- Take Mission Street to Bay Street.
- Turn right on Bay Street. Continue on Bay to the Main Campus Entrance (third stop light).
Job Fair Parking*
Follow Bay Street through UCSC's Main Entrance and follow the directional signs to the designated parking lot. Park and look for a chartered shuttle which will pick you up and take you to the event location. Due to limited parking on campus, each employer may bring only one car. We suggest you bring a small, collapsible handcart to transport your materials the short distance from the shuttle to the fair site. If you do not park in the designated Job Fair Parking area, the Career Center will not be responsible for tickets issued by the campus parking patrol.
*Please note: for smaller fairs such as "Meet the Districts" parking instructions will vary. Specific details will be emailed to recruiters closer to the day of the fair.
