  • Academic Employment Network
    • A moderate-size collection of job opportunities at school districts, colleges, and universities. One of the few sitesthat appears to charge users to access full information.
  • Academic Position Network
    • The Academic Position Network (APN) provides daily updates of faculty, administrative, post-doc, and professional staff positions in higher education. An interactive database allows you to search for openings by geographic region, position title, or institutional type.
  • Affirmative Action Register
    • The Affirmative Action Register is the national Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) recruitment publication "directed to females, minorities, veterans, and all other applicants." The publication contains a listing of professional, managerial, and administrative positions in all employment sectors including many opportunities in higher education. Employers are listed alphabetically, geographically, and by type of position.
  • Association Jesuit Colleges and Universities Job Bank
    • The Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU) provides informationon employment opportunities at Jesuit institutions through The Jesuit College Job Bank. Announcements include job title, category (admin, faculty, dean, etc.), school, position start date, and application deadline.
  • Chronicle of Higher Education
    • Weekly listing of faculty, administrative, executive, and research positions from The Chronicle of Higher Education's Academe This Week. Focus is primarily on US institutions. Subscriber-based user ID and password are required to view current week's listing. Previous week's announcements are freely available. One of the largest collections of higher education employment opportunities on the Internet.
  • Council for Christian Colleges and Universities
    • A well-maintained listing of administrative and faculty job announcements provided by the Coalition for Christian Colleges and Universities. Position openings are listed as either faculty or non-teaching/administrative and include both member and non-member affiliated institutions.
  • Council for the Advancement and Support of Education

    • HigherEdJobs.com lists over 1,000 faculty and staff positions at hundreds of colleges and universitiesacross the country. Job seekers can search www.HigherEdJobs.com bycategory, state, or institution.
  • Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education
    • The Hispanic Outlook for Higher Education is published bi-weekly for the campus community. Their web site provides a listings of employment opportunities in higher education categorized by geographical region.
  • Humanities
    • A weekly listing of academic teaching opportunities in History, the Humanities, and the social sciences. Announcements are updated every Monday.
  • IM Diversity
    • The Minorities Job Bank carries an extensive listing of private, public, and academic sector positions. The site includes the opportunity to post resumes, browse employer/member profiles, and read career-related articles.
