UCSC’s Asian American/Pacific Islander Resource Center celebrates 10 years of developing COMMUNITY INSPIRED LEADERSHIP. Reconnect with alumni and former staff/faculty who helped establish and build AA/PIRC.

The 10 Year Celebration is a fundraising event to establish AA/PIRC’s Endowment Fund, which would help provide fiscal stability to annual programs such as Heritage Month and Year End Ceremony graduation event. Funding would also offer stipends for students participating in AA/PIRC”s Internship program. Help AA/PIRC reach the $25,000 goal with a contribution today.

The event will be held at Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco, Japantown, on Saturday, March 20, 2010.  Reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and dinner program at 6:30 p.m.  Early registration tickets are $70 per person by February 19, 2010.  After February 19th and tickets at the door are $90 per person.
